The day after McCain's acceptance speech, Google carried three articles on Sarah Palin, and one on him.

If he's elected, I think it will be riding on HER hem line.

I'm tempted to make a crude comment about riding Sarah's hemline, but I don't think I will.

It 's just a play on "riding on his coat tails". But, yes, I'd rather ride Sarah's hem line than John's coat tails. ;-)
